Dax Moy's 30 Day M.A.P challenge

Now this sounds like a navigation exercise but its actually
Dax's brand new fat loss program.
Snappily named M.A.P. short for (metabolic acceleration plan).

Dax is doing the planning and thinking I am just going to lose the fat.
