Thanks for that Dax, my arms are now jelly.

The details must remain a trade secret but "The Meltdown" workout is quite something and was a challenge that's for sure. The celever part is that it will go on remaining a challenge.

I am actually going to blog about the blogging as well - by the time you have Google owning blogger - Ning allowing followers via Twitter - Ning letting you update Facebook and twitter it all gets a little confusing so I need to share ideas and get feedback! Measurement Shchedule for SPQ30

Just finished the new planner - to photograph weigh and measure Fiday AM and Mon PM after my run or I just wont fit it in and its roughly 3 and half days apart. Should also focus the mind on any weekend indulgences or just run 37 miles each Monday eve before I take the pictures!
